PSPFanboy: The results are in, and the annual 2008 PlayStation Awards out of Japan is now a wrap. The handing out of awards commemorates successful titles over the past year. It highlight the best of the best and honors titles that have sold more than 500,000 units with a Gold Award, and those which sold over a million with a Platinum Award.
Dissidia: Final Fantasy's release is only just around the corner in Japan, so Famitsu felt it was a good time to hold an interview with four of the game's most high profile developers, including Tetsuya Nomura.
Earlier today, Square Enix unveiled their release line-up for 2009 which included 28 titles. Unfortunately, only 7 of these titles are related to the world of Final Fantasy.

Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment are pleased to announce that LEGO Batman: The Videogame has won a prestigious Children's BAFTA Award for Best Videogame 2008.
Initially the roster was announced at 20 characters, and this made sense; two from ever title up to Final Fantasy X. However, the announcement of Shantotto completely threw this out of whack and people thought that at least one other character would be joining her, on the Side of Evil.
